Deze set van 10 hardmetalen wisselplaten is ontworpen voor gebruik in CNC-draaibanken. De 11ER A60 inserts bieden hoge sterkte en taaiheid, wat zorgt voor een stabiele en duurzame werking. Ze zijn ideaal voor het nabewerken, semi-nabewerken en voorbewerken van staal en roestvrij staal. Dankzij de nauwkeurige fabricage garanderen deze inserts een hoge bewerkingsnauwkeurigheid. Het CNC-draaigereedschap is slijtvast en schokbestendig, waardoor vervorming tijdens gebruik wordt voorkomen. De specificaties van de inserts zijn als volgt: lengte van 9 mm, dikte van 3 mm en een gewicht van ongeveer 29 g per stuk. Let op: snijgereedschappen kunnen versplinteren bij schade, dus het dragen van een veiligheidsbril is verplicht in de gebruiksomgeving.
