Dit badzand is speciaal ontwikkeld voor chinchilla's en andere kleine zoogdieren. Regelmatig zandbaden helpen om de vacht schoon, soepel en vitaal te houden. De bijzondere structuur van het zand glijdt gemakkelijk door het haar, waardoor er minder zanddeeltjes in de vacht achterblijven.Het badzand bevrijdt de vacht van vuildeeltjes en is stofarm, wat de ademhalingswegen van het dier ontlast. Het neemt vet en overtollig vocht uit de vacht op, zodat het dier er verzorgd en fris uitziet.Gebruik is eenvoudig: plaats dagelijks ongeveer 30 minuten een schaaltje of bakje met het zand in het verblijf, gevuld tot circa 3 cm hoogte. Zorg dat het dier zich goed kan bewegen in de bak. Bewaar het zand droog en op kamertemperatuur. Overschrijd de aanbevolen hoeveelheid niet.De verpakking bevat 1,3 kg badzand.
