Deze mechanische randzoeker is bedoeld voor het bepalen van het nulpunt van het werkstuk op CNC-freesmachines. De zoeker is vervaardigd uit koolstofstaal en heeft een totale lengte van 90 mm (3,5 inch). Het roterende onderste deel heeft een antimagnetisch ontwerp.De zoeker heeft twee meetuiteinden: 20 mm (0,8 inch) en 10 mm (0,4 inch). Hiermee kan de zoeker worden ingezet voor verschillende werkstukafmetingen. Daarnaast is er een 4 mm (0,16 inch) sonde voor het detecteren van smalle groeven en kleine boringen. Het ergonomische ontwerp van 90 mm maakt het mogelijk om ook in krappe bewerkingsruimtes nauwkeurig te meten.Volgens de opgegeven gegevens kan de herhaalbaarheid van de meting binnen 0,005 mm liggen. De zoeker is geschikt voor gebruik op CNC-freesmachines en op conventionele draaibanken met antimagnetische componenten. Hij is ook bruikbaar op traditionele slijpmachines en op machines voor uitgebreide bewerkingen.
