[Unique Carbonated Taste]: The 0.5 Micron diffusion stone produces smaller and finer bubbles, allowing the gas to combine with the liquid faster. Makes draft beer, homemade soda, and other beverages more delicate, exquisite, and refreshing. [Varied Use]: The 0.5 Micron aeration stone is best for oxygenation and carbonation. Use this air stone to oxygenate wort and carbonate beer/soda before fermentation. Works great for other beverages too. [Connect With Fittings]: Attach the aeration stone's barb to a 1/4 inch ID hose, and the other side of the hose can be attached to the \"gas in\" connection on a keg, then connect the keg with a CO2 regulator. [Boiled Clean]: The 0.5 Micron diffusion stone must be boiled in water to clean and clear the pores. Occasionally, if the aeration stone becomes blocked, it can be dipped in acid for 15 seconds and then rinsed with water.
