304 SS Fully Automatic Tank Level Controller

A fully automatic, self-contained tank level controller fabricated exclusively from food-grade 304 stainless steel for safety, strength and longevity. Its compact form factor facilitates installation in space-limited locations such as narrow roof tank compartments, utility cupboards or integrated solar manifold enclosures. Functionally, it responds dynamically to water level change: the stainless float drops with decreasing level, releasing hydraulic pressure to open the valve; as level rises, buoyancy lifts the float, rotating the lever to drive the plunger against a resilient silicone sealing surface—stopping inflow precisely. No external energy source is required—only clean water with minimum pressure of 0.2 kg/cm² (≈0.02 MPa). Rated for continuous operation from -20°C to 100°C ambient and 1°C to 80°C medium temperature, it remains stable under UK seasonal extremes. Approved for use in domestic cold-water storage, agricultural reservoirs, aquaculture systems, fire reserve tanks and renewable energy thermal stores—fully compatible with WRAS-recommended practices for indirect potable water contact.
