Drying ensures that the bacteria are preserved for longer, provided they are stored at room temperature, in a dry, protected environment (capsules or sachets). Bacteri products require an excipient to preserve their shelf life. In the case of Bacteri 17 Expert Resilience, we use maltodextrin, fructooligosaccharides (FOS), and inulin as excipients.
