Canon ADF Hinge Replacement Kit

Approximate dimensions: 8.5 cm × 3.2 cm × 1.0 cm (±1–3 cm tolerance); unit weight: ~12 g. Constructed from industrial-grade PVC formulated for flexibility, impact resistance and low creep under sustained load — critical for ADF hinge applications where repeated bending stress occurs daily. Certified compatible with Canon D1120, D1320, D1380, D1520, iR1430, 1435, C250, C350 and C351 multifunction devices. Direct replacement for Canon service parts FC9-1527, FC9-1528 and FC0-5652 — retains original torque response and rotational smoothness. Installation follows Canon’s documented field service procedure: remove ADF cover, unclip old hinge, press new hinge into housing until audible click confirms full engagement. Designed for reliability in mixed-use environments — from reception desks handling visitor ID scans to accounting departments processing invoice batches.
