Cordless Clipper Shell Replacement Kit

Measured at 6 x 3.9 cm, this housing replacement kit uses premium ABS plastic — chosen for its combination of stiffness, dimensional stability, and resistance to environmental stress cracking. Comprises three interdependent parts: motor cover, regulation bar, and power switch — each serving a defined mechanical role in clipper operation. The motor cover secures over the motor housing while permitting necessary airflow; the regulation bar interfaces with the blade assembly to maintain consistent cutting gap; the power switch engages cleanly with internal contacts for reliable on/off function. All parts are dimensionally matched to Wahl 8591, 8148, and 8504 Cordless Magic Clippers’ chassis layout. Suits both certified technicians performing certified repairs and experienced end-users seeking genuine functional upgrades — delivering measurable value through extended device lifespan, reduced consumable dependency, and maintained ergonomic familiarity.
