Dual-Mode Silent Backlit Timer

Compact physical footprint: 68 × 80 × 18 mm. Lightweight construction (1.4 oz / 40 g) using durable light-duty plastic. Accuracy rated at 1/100 second — suitable for competitive timing and progressive training benchmarks. Integrated lanyard supports versatile handling: grip manually or wear comfortably around the neck. Backlight activates momentarily via LIGHT button — designed specifically for use in dark or shaded environments; not visible in bright daylight. Dual audio behaviour: normal mode emits standard beeps; silent mode suppresses all tones — including disabling the hourly clock chime (via RESET + SELECT in Clock Mode). Core operations: Count Up, Count Down, Clock, Alarm. Both counting directions support full 29:59:59 capacity. Countdown alarm tone length is user-adjustable — beneficial for customising rest intervals in structured workout plans. Includes 5-language manual (English, French, German, Spanish, Italian) and 1 unit.
