Jean Herve's sesame goma-sio de la mer is a delicious blend of sesame, unrefined salt and French Nori seaweed grilled and ground with a stone. This original condiment with a nutty flavor is also a wonderful substitute for salt, it allows you to salt gently, and brings you the best of the sea with Nori seaweed, and the earth with sesame. It is recommended to sprinkle on cereals or raw vegetables, at the rate of one tablespoon per meal, the goma-sio will add flavor with its hazelnut flavor to all your dishes.
