The juicer is made of 18/10 stainless steel.The juicer consists of 4 basic parts:- water container- juice container (8l)- fruit container- lidsObtaining juice:- fill the water container with water to the height of 2/3- put the juice container, hang the drain tube with the handle of the squeezer by the handle of the container- pour the washed fruit loosely into the fruit container, covering with the appropriate amount of sugar (table in the manual)- put the lid onPlace the juicer prepared in this way on the kitchen and heat for a certain period of time, depending on the type of fruit or vegetables used. Until boiling, give as much heat as possible (gas flame or hob temperature level - depending on the cooker). The heat supply should be reduced from the moment the clouds of steam appear. When the juice stops secreting from the fruit, it should be drained into sterile vessels.
