Description

MAX2870 ultra-wideband phase-locked loop (PLL) with integrated voltage-controlled oscillator (VCO), capable of operating in integer and fractional-N modes. The RF signal source module features an integrated 25 MHz 0.5 ppm high-precision TCXO, an internal VCo baseband output frequency range of 3-6 GHz, and baseband frequency division below 3 GHz. The RF signal source module is a frequency queue with a full touch screen, and the output frequency mode is point frequency. The RF signal source adopts a lead-free package, 5mm x 5mm, 32TQFN, and the operating temperature range is extended to 40C to 85C. PC control, output range: -4 - 5dBm, 4-level touch screen control. Output interface and external clock: SMA Module power supply: 5V 0.2A The product appearance and printed words depending on the batch, but this does not affect use Colour: Random Color, don't accept the specified color Material:PCB Package Contents: 1 x MAX2870 RF Transmitter Module 1 x USB Cable Only the above package content, other products are not included.
