Mechanical 4-Digit Flip Scoreboard

Dimensions: 30.5 cm wide × 22.5 cm tall × 5 cm deep; weight: 1.2 kg. This fully manual, battery-free scoreboard displays four digits using physical flip tiles with white numerals on either blue or red backing — chosen for optimal contrast and visual clarity. Both front and rear faces show identical numbers, supporting multi-angle viewing. The housing uses flexible yet sturdy waterproof material, and the critical flip mechanism is shielded by a rigid metal cover to maintain alignment and prevent jamming over thousands of flips. All components are engineered for repeated manual operation: digits flip smoothly with minimal effort and stay firmly in place once set. There are no hidden compartments, wires, or settings — just straightforward, intuitive use. Commonly used across UK primary and secondary schools, church hall leagues, university intramurals, and family garden games — particularly where digital devices are discouraged due to cost, complexity, or signal interference (e.g., near Wi-Fi-heavy gym equipment).
