This advanced Multi Billion dophilus complex provides 5 billion microorganisms, 1.25 billion of each strain. All Solgar Advanced Probiotics use a polysaccharide matrix technology that protects the live bacteria from stomach acid that could destroy them in its path. This matrix is made up of a specially formulated blend that offers protection and nourishment to the microorganisms and improves the stability of the product, with no refrigeration required (optional). For adults, take one (1) to two (2) capsules daily, preferably with meals. swallow the capsules with water or another beverage. the recommended daily dose for this product should not be exceeded. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of young children. Store in a cool, dry place, protected from sunlight.
