Description

1、PEI sheets can provide 3D printed build surfaces that do not require tape, paste or adhesives. High strength and heat resistance allows the polymer to perform consistently in high temperature environments. 2、Both ABS and PLA adhere very firmly to the surface, eliminating the need for a support raft for better adhesion. The long‑term temperature is 120 degrees celsius. 3、Adhesive has been pre‑applied to PEI; just peel off the tape liner to quickly adhere to the bed 4、PEI is the perfect unprepared construction surface, which can be reused indefinitely for multiple printing; clean with isopropyl alcohol between printing or clean with acetone on the cold bed 5、When used in a 3D printing application, PEI is excellent because it can withstand the numerous heat cycles that a 3D print bed goes through from print to print.
