It is recommended to suck 6 tablets a day. Do not use as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of young children. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Excessive consumption may produce laxative effects. Do not give to children under 12 years of age. Not recommended for pregnant women. Store in a cool, dry place.
