A direct-replacement photosensitive electric eye sensor for QRB1 flame detectors installed on waste oil burners. Physical dimensions: 42 mm × 28 mm × 20 mm; weight: ~85 g. Made entirely of robust plastic materials selected for resistance to thermal cycling, oil vapour exposure and mechanical vibration. Features a visible-light-responsive red photoresistor positioned behind a protective lens for consistent flame signal capture. Designed to interface with standard QRB1 wiring harnesses and mounting clips. Requires no software, calibration or auxiliary components — functions immediately upon secure mechanical and electrical connection. Suitable for intermittent or continuous duty cycles in industrial heating applications where flame supervision is mandated for safe operation.
