Single-Axis Programmable Motor Driver

This ZK-SMC01 controller board provides comprehensive single-axis stepper motor control with an integrated LCD interface and support for automatic, manual, setting, and serial port (TTL) modes. Designed for common cathode stepper motor signals, it runs on any DC power source between 5V and 30V and preserves all saved parameters during power interruptions. It enables precise motion management with speed control from 0.1 to 999 laps per minute, directional pulse outputs up to 9999 pulses, programmable acceleration/deceleration, cycle repetition up to 9999 times, delay timing from 0.0 to 999.9 seconds, and segmentation across 1–128 discrete steps. Constructed with industrial-grade plastic, it operates reliably from -5°C to 60°C (non-condensing) and includes reverse polarity protection on the main input. Supplied as a ready-to-deploy unit, it serves general industrial control needs — including machine tending prototypes, optical alignment stages, sorting mechanism controllers, and educational mechatronics kits — but must not be used in safety-critical, medical, or emergency-response applications.
