Product Description: 40V 900W high-power brushless motor controller with constant speed operation for electric garden machinery. This three-phase brushless driver is designed for applications such as electric lawn mowers. The controller maintains a consistent speed regardless of load or no-load conditions within the nominal speed range. Speed is determined by motor parameters and typically operates at approximately 70% of the motor’s no-load speed when tested at 36V. Speed remains stable under load, with a large speed preservation margin. Power supply voltage levels do not affect the speed output. This brushless controller is not compatible with all motors. Compatibility depends on motor specifications, particularly low-speed operation characteristics. The drive operates within an input voltage range of 30–43V and features high-quality internal components, including a 75V 190A MOSFET and stamped copper plate for high-current parts. The motor output uses 12AWG high-temperature silicone wires, and the power input connector is a 60A gold-plated jack. Wiring configuration is illustrated in the included diagram. The detection signal line must be connected to a 10K resistor and the negative terminal. The start line connects to two control switches, enabling operation once power is applied.
