20 kg barbell plate weights set. This set consists of 4 plates of 5 kg each. The plates are made of ABS plastic and are filled with concrete. The diameter for the barbell is 26 mm. All barbells with a diameter of 25 mm or less can be used in combination with these barbell plates. The outer layer is made of plastic. This protects and cushions the floor if you accidentally drop a plate. Your neighbors will thank you In addition, this type of material is easy to clean with a damp cloth.
