Determine the installation position on the hull. Please note that the installation hole position you have chosen should not pass through any wires, pipes, or other obstacles. All electric tools must be properly grounded. 2. Mark the installation position and use a hole saw to cut an opening (2 inch diameter hole) on the hull. 3. Place the entrance into the opening and align it so that it is at right angles to the hull. Use the entrance as a template and mark the installation hole position with a pencil. Remove the inlet and drill the installation hole using a 1/8 inch drill bit. 4. Remove the rear safety cover from the entrance. 5. Thread the internal wiring through the hull opening. Note: Use 16 AWG, 14 AWG, or 12 AWG wires. Do not use smaller sized wires as this can cause overheating and may result in electrical fires. 6. Thread the wiring through the rear safety housing on the rear housing, and then slide the mounting gasket onto the wiring. 7. Loosen the terminal screws on the rear housing of the inlet. 9. Slide the rear safety cover onto the back of the entrance. 10. Place the gasket and inlet above the hull opening, align the installation holes, and then secure the inlet to the hull with screws. 11.
