130-Colour Polyester Craft Thread Pack

A curated collection of 130 spools of 100% polyester sewing thread, each containing 110 yards (100.6 metres) of tightly wound, consistent 40-weight thread. Manufactured using staple-free continuous filament technology for reduced breakage and enhanced glide. Diameter tolerance ±0.005 mm ensures uniform feed across all domestic sewing machine types sold in the UK — from basic Janome HD3000 to advanced Brother Innov-is series. Thread undergoes heat-setting post-extrusion to lock in twist and dimensional stability — resulting in minimal torque distortion during high-speed stitching. Colour consistency is verified batch-to-batch using spectrophotometric measurement (D65 illuminant), meeting ISO 105-B02:2014 criteria for colour matching accuracy. Widely adopted by UK-based craft collectives, textile educators and SME apparel producers: used for teaching machine sewing fundamentals in Further Education colleges, creating custom-fit face masks during pandemic response, stitching reversible tote bags for charity fundraising, binding quilt layers for memory quilts, and wrapping jute cord for macramé plant hangers sold via Instagram and Depop.
