2-Player Bamboo Puppet Balloon Game

Each WoodBot stands 25–26 cm tall and is crafted from solid, sustainably sourced bamboo. Weight and balance are optimised for stable suction-mount performance on smooth surfaces. Includes two puppets, elastic pull-string mechanisms, soft-tipped darts, refillable balloons, and adjustable safety goggles. All components are manually assembled and finished — no plastics or synthetic composites used in primary structure. Gameplay centres on turn-based balloon targeting: one player launches while the other defends by subtly repositioning their puppet or shielding the balloon. The pull-string action provides immediate haptic feedback — tension, release, and impact are all physically felt, reinforcing cause-and-effect learning and motor skill development. No hidden software or RNG — outcomes depend entirely on player input and environmental factors like surface stability. Designed specifically for face-to-face interaction, it replaces screen-based distraction with shared focus and laughter. Fits naturally into UK homes with limited space — compact enough for flats or student housing, yet visually distinctive enough to spark conversation at gatherings.
