30A PWM Motor Speed Controller

A versatile DC motor speed controller designed for input voltages from 7V to 70V DC, supporting 12V, 24V, 36V, 48V, and 60V systems. Maximum continuous output current is 30A, with practical power limits advised per voltage level: up to 250W at 12V, 350W at 24V, 450W at 48V, and 500W at 60V. The unit uses pulse-width modulation (PWM) at a fixed 12kHz frequency for efficient, low-loss speed regulation. It features a tactile rotary knob that acts as both power switch and speed adjuster, connected via a 15cm flexible cable for convenient panel mounting. Built-in 30A fuse safeguards against short-circuit events. Power terminals accept 2.5mm² (12AWG) wire — supplied with 26cm leads. Housing is made from durable ABS plastic. Designed exclusively for DC motors; incompatible with AC power sources. Critical note: Input voltage must exceed 1.5× the motor’s rated voltage (e.g., ≥18V for a 12V motor) to ensure proper startup and torque delivery. For children’s ride-on car upgrades, always install this controller between battery and the vehicle’s original forward/reverse module — never after it — to avoid failure.
