Adjustable 300W Buck Converter Module

Physical size: 60 mm × 53 mm × 27 mm (2.36″ × 2.08″ × 1.06″). Input: 6–40 V DC (10–40 V advised for best regulation). Output: 1.2–36 V DC, fine-tunable via onboard potentiometer. Current rating: 20 A maximum, 15 A continuous duty. Power capability: 300 W. Efficiency: 95% measured at 24 V in → 12 V out / 20 A. Output ripple: ≤ 50 mV RMS. Construction: PC enclosure with exposed metal heat sink surfaces and internal copper-clad PCB layout. Power switches: Dual 75 V / 80 A MOSFETs in synchronous buck topology. Filtering: Low-ESR, high-frequency electrolytic capacitors on both sides for minimal transient response delay and smooth DC delivery. Thermal design: Two discrete aluminium heat sinks — one per MOSFET — enhancing sustained thermal dissipation. Connection method: Industrial-grade 30 A screw terminals, compatible with 12–10 AWG wire. Safety: Self-resetting short-circuit protection (temporary only — not for continuous fault conditions). Interface pins: CV (voltage adjust), CC (current limit adjust), EN (enable: active-high logic signal). Operational modes: With common ground, operates in CV mode at no load; transitions to CC mode automatically under load when current limit is reached.
