About 0.5 cm is usually added to the obtained result, especially if the shoes are not made of leather and will certainly not stretch.Different rules apply when selecting sports shoes, e.g. for running, football or trekking. Depending on their purpose, you need to add approximately 1 cm or even more to the result. After prolonged exercise, your feet swell a bit, so you should not buy tight-fitting shoes. In the case of mountain shoes, the thickness of the sock being worn is also important.(The lengths of the insoles given in the sizes are suggested by the manufacturer and therefore should be treated as indicative only. The Sportostrada store is not responsible for any differences, when selecting the shoe size, please take into account the size of the shoes of a given manufacturer previously used .)The Seller informs that the photos presenting the offered Goods are for illustrative purposes only.
