30V72V to 24V 10A DCDC Converter

This is a fixed-output DCDC stepdown converter module designed to deliver a steady 24V DC supply from variable high-voltage DC inputs between 30V and 72V. Its physical dimensions are 90 mm × 55 mm × 30 mm, and it weighs 280 grams. The output is strictly regulated at 24V with ≤1% variation under changing load and input conditions. Rated for continuous 10A output, it supports peak transient loads typical in solenoid or relay switching applications. The housing-free modular design uses surface-mount power semiconductors and low-ESR polymer capacitors for reliability. Input and output connections use M3.5 screw terminals rated for 12AWG wire. Thermal performance relies on an integrated aluminium heatsink with copper-clad thermal pads; no fan or forced airflow is needed below 10A at ambient ≤40°C. Protection circuitry includes hiccup-mode over-current response, thermal foldback, and reverse-input polarity blocking. Commonly deployed in commercial vehicle telematics (converting 60V chassis rail to 24V camera/ECU power), off-grid solar systems (stepping down 48V/60V battery banks to run 24V charge controllers or inverters), and factory automation panels where 30–72V DC bus supplies must feed standard 24V control logic and instrumentation.
