Diamond Concrete Grinding Wheel

Heavy-duty diamond grinding wheel designed specifically for UK construction and renovation applications. Available in three practical sizes: 115 mm (8.06 × 6.29 × 0.79 in, 12.7 oz), 125 mm (8.25 × 6.68 × 0.79 in, 14.82 oz), and 180 mm (10.61 × 9.04 × 1.18 in, 26.31 oz). All feature a precise 22.23 mm (7/8 inch) bore and are built with sintered diamond segments on a hardened steel body for maximum rigidity and heat resistance. The double-row segment pattern — each row measuring 5 mm in width — increases active cutting area and distributes wear evenly across the disc face. This extends usable life and sustains cutting speed over time, unlike single-row wheels that lose efficiency rapidly after initial pass-through. Its low-vibration design helps maintain steady pressure and directional control, especially during edge work or shallow-depth surfacing. Fully compatible with dry and wet grinding techniques, it handles demanding UK site conditions — from refurbishing Victorian tiled bathrooms to levelling new concrete screeds. Effective on stone, brick, ceramic, asphalt, and reinforced concrete — offering predictable wear rates and repeatable surface finishes across diverse project types.
