Heavy-Duty Brick Alignment Clips

Pack of 2 robust brick line alignment clips built for sustained UK site use. Unit dimensions: 7.5 cm L × 3.2 cm W × 2.8 cm H; weight: 85 g. Steel frame treated with black oxide for rust resistance; rubber pad is natural rubber, 4 mm thick, permanently bonded. Line slot is 1.8 mm wide and located on outer jaw, angled to accept line wire from either horizontal or vertical feed direction. Verified compatibility with BS EN 771-1 compliant bricks (215 × 102.5 × 65 mm) and legacy imperial sizes (225 × 112.5 × 75 mm). Spring tension calibrated to 12–14 N — sufficient to lock onto brick edges without embedding into soft mortar beds or slipping on glazed facing bricks. Rubber pad compresses evenly under load, distributing pressure across 140 mm² contact area to prevent localised surface damage. Slot tolerances held to ±0.1 mm to ensure wire remains centred and torsion-free during line checks. Deployed across domestic new-builds, landscape retaining structures and commercial façade installations — particularly valued where repeated line repositioning is required due to scaffold movement, material delivery or weather interruptions.
