KF160XP0 Split Thin Section Radial Ball Bearing

Split Thin Section Bearing KF160XP0 This KF160XP0 split thin section bearing is a radial ball bearing designed for applications where space is limited and weight must be kept to a minimum. The split construction allows for straightforward installation and removal, which can be particularly helpful when working with shafts that have other components already fitted. As part of the thin section range, this bearing offers a compact profile while maintaining reliable radial load support. Construction and Design The bearing features a split inner and outer ring, allowing the bearing to be fitted without the need to slide it over the full length of the shaft. This design is especially useful in maintenance and repair situations where access is restricted. The thin section geometry reduces the overall envelope size, making it suitable for equipment where conventional bearings would be too bulky. Application Suitability With its slim profile and radial ball configuration, this bearing is well suited to machinery and equipment where space constraints are a primary consideration. Typical uses include rotary tables, medical equipment, robotics and other precision assemblies where low friction and dependable rotation are required. The split design also simplifies servicing, reducing downtime during routine maintenance. Quality and Reliability Manufactured to precise tolerances, this bearing delivers consistent performance in demanding operating conditions. The materials and construction are selected to provide durability and long service life, helping to maintain the efficiency of your equipment over time. Whether used as a direct replacement or in a new build, this KF160XP0 bearing offers a dependable solution for your thin section bearing requirements.
