Lockable Adjustable Woodworking Divider

Engineered for accuracy and reliability in demanding woodworking environments. The divider features a hybrid construction: structural elements made from corrosion-resistant zinc alloy, non-load-bearing housing from impact-resistant plastic, and functional tips forged from No.45 steel — chosen for hardness and edge retention. It offers two calibrated size options: small (Type 1) supports circles up to 450 mm diameter, large (Type 2) up to 750 mm — each with clearly marked unilateral arm lengths (250 mm and 400 mm respectively) to support intuitive setup. Radius adjustment spans 180°, allowing smooth transitions between tight curves and broad arcs. A dedicated rotary switch modifies pen-holder height to suit pencil thickness and user grip style. Overall dimensions and weights reflect a focus on usability: small model extends to 250 × 900 mm and weighs 210 g; large model reaches 400 × 1500 mm and weighs 260 g. Its slim packaging (30 mm × 30 mm cross-section) simplifies logistics and shelf storage. Designed for daily use in carpentry, pattern making, and educational workshops where durability and clarity of marking are paramount.
