Optical Glass Underwater Filter Kit

A precision-engineered 3-piece underwater filter kit for GoPro Hero 5 and Hero 6 cameras, intended for use with standard waterproof housings. Dimensions per filter: approx. 5.5 × 5 cm (2.2 × 2.0 in); total weight: approx. 52 g. Frames are made from durable plastic, while the optical elements use high-transmission optical glass — offering superior scratch resistance and minimal light scatter compared to lower-grade alternatives. The red filter restores warmth and red-channel detail lost below 5 m in saltwater, critical for subjects like coral, skin tones, and reef life. The pink filter suppresses excessive blue cast while enhancing contrast — especially effective between 10–20 m in clear ocean water — resulting in truer blues and improved subject separation. The purple filter targets green dominance in freshwater lakes or brackish zones with algal presence, correcting colour casts that white balance alone cannot resolve. All three filters work passively — no batteries, no software — delivering consistent, reliable colour correction across dives. They are ideal for recreational divers, snorkelers, and underwater content creators seeking in-camera accuracy without reliance on complex grading workflows.
