Plastic Dynamic Balance & Core Trainer

This trainer uses premium plastic — selected for optimal stiffness-to-weight ratio and long-term resilience — to deliver dependable, repeatable instability. Measuring approx. 30 cm × 30 cm × 2.5 cm and weighing ~650 g, it balances portability with sufficient mass to prevent excessive 'flipping' during aggressive movement. Surface texture is permanently bonded during moulding; base feet are integrally formed with high-grip thermoplastic rubber. It supports progressive balance training: beginners can start with two-foot static holds, then advance to single-leg balance, slow directional tilts, and coordinated arm-leg patterns — all while developing spatial awareness, joint control, and reactive stability. Core involvement is holistic, linking breath, pelvis, and shoulder girdle in natural movement sequences. Applicable across populations: post-operative patients following orthopaedic procedures, office workers counteracting sedentary posture, dancers refining weight transfer, and older adults maintaining independence — validated for home use under UK NICE and CSP guidance on musculoskeletal health.
