Precision-Fit Marine Impeller Kit

Engineered for dependable cooling system restoration on legacy Mercury outboards, this impeller kit combines abrasion-resistant ABS vanes with a dimensionally accurate metal hub. It satisfies strict form, fit, and function requirements for Mercury 30 HP, 35 HP, 40 HP (2-cylinder, pre-1984), and 60 HP engines — validated against serial number thresholds: 30hp Jet (C159200–G589999), 35hp (6445653+), 40hp (4860103+), and 60hp (6428681–D000749). Confirmed cross-reference to Mercury 46-77177A3 / 77177A3 and Sierra 18-3324. One kit supplied per package. The impeller sits at the heart of the engine’s raw-water loop. Its ability to generate sufficient suction and maintain laminar flow determines how effectively heat is drawn from critical components. This kit replicates OEM hydraulic profiles and rotational inertia — ensuring seamless integration with existing pump housings and drive mechanisms. Suited to weekend cruisers, fishing vessels, and tender operations across UK rivers, canals, and southern coastal zones. Not intended for continuous heavy-duty use or unfiltered silt-laden water without additional strainer protection.
