Professional 500ml Stainless Jug

A purpose-built 500ml milk jug made exclusively from AISI 304 stainless steel — selected for its superior density, thermal mass and food safety compliance. Its white exterior is achieved through a durable, non-toxic coating that remains intact after hundreds of washes. Manufactured in Italy using cold-rolled sheet forming and TIG-welded seams, it reflects generations of metallurgical knowledge applied to espresso toolmaking. Developed in close consultation with the Italian Barista Association, every dimension serves a functional purpose — from spout curvature to handle aperture size. The jug’s thermal inertia helps buffer rapid temperature changes during steaming, allowing finer control over foam expansion stages. Its symmetrical silhouette and uniform wall thickness eliminate hotspots and ensure even cooling — supporting consistent texture development regardless of ambient temperature or machine output variability. Favoured by UK specialty roasters and EU training academies alike, it functions equally well with entry-level machines and high-end dual-boiler systems — proving that foundational tools matter as much as the gear they accompany.
