Rustic Diamond Rattan Craft Ring

Each ring is formed from single-origin diamond rattan — selected for straight grain, consistent node spacing, and balanced moisture content to prevent splitting during manipulation. Measured at the outermost edge, sizes are 16 cm, 20 cm, and 26 cm in true diameter (not inner or nominal), with uniform cross-section thickness (~5–7 mm) for predictable bending resistance. The material is air-dried, not kiln-treated, preserving natural flexibility and reducing brittleness often found in over-dried alternatives. Surface texture varies organically — some rings show subtle ridges or light bark remnants, reinforcing their hand-gathered origin. This variability is not a flaw but a hallmark of authenticity, adding depth and tactility to finished pieces. All rings are sanded just enough to ensure safe handling while retaining visible fibre structure — ideal for tactile-driven crafts like sensory wreaths or Montessori-inspired decor. Fully compatible with UK-standard floral tools: works seamlessly with 22-gauge floral wire, standard wreath pins, low-temp hot glue guns, and water-based acrylics. Holds up well under repeated re-use — many customers report using the same ring across three or more holiday seasons with no loss of integrity.
