7-Inch Reflector Barn Door Set

This barn door accessory is built specifically for 7-inch standard reflector heads used across UK and EU studio lighting setups. It comprises four removable 1/4 colour correction gels (CTB, CTO, plus two creative tone gels), four-leaf barndoors with smooth pivot action, and a dedicated snoot interface. All components are made from rigid, powder-coated steel with non-reflective black interior surfaces to suppress flare. Weight: 320 g. Maximum leaf extension: 9 cm per side. Compatible with Bowens S-Type and similar reflector mounts found on Godox, Elinchrom, and Broncolor systems. The barndoors enable dynamic light containment — close individual leaves to restrict light to a narrow strip, open symmetrically for even frontal coverage, or asymmetrical for split-key lighting. The snoot attachment transforms the reflector into a pinpoint light source ideal for accent lighting or texture emphasis. Gels slot securely into a recessed frame at the front, maintaining optical alignment and preventing slippage during repositioning. Used widely in UK-based commercial studios: for fashion shoots where clean background edges matter, for Amazon product photography requiring shadow-free highlight control, and for indie filmmakers building low-budget but technically precise lighting rigs using off-the-shelf strobes.
