Secure 4-Setting ABS Wall Pet Door

Engineered for reliability in UK residential settings, this wall-mounted pet door uses injection-moulded ABS plastic for consistent dimensional accuracy, impact resilience, and long-term weather resistance. It is available in four calibrated sizes — Small (ideal for kittens and petite cats), Medium (standard adult cats), Large (small dogs up to ~10 kg), and Extra Large (broad-chested or senior pets needing wider clearance). All units include pre-drilled mounting plates, corrosion-resistant fasteners, and compressible perimeter gaskets to ensure an airtight, weather-sealed fit. The 4-way locking system operates via a dual-track slider that engages physical stops inside the frame — delivering repeatable, zero-drift positioning for each mode. There are no springs, magnets, or electronic parts to fail. The flap itself rotates smoothly on low-friction ABS bushings and seals tightly with a flexible PVC-edged lip that compresses evenly around the frame edge. Installation follows standard UK building practices: cut-out dimensions are provided per size, and the kit supports both solid-wall and cavity-wall configurations. When correctly fitted, it contributes to home energy efficiency by replacing less-insulated sections of wall — unlike door-mounted versions that compromise existing door seals and U-values.
