Stable Rectangular Wood Embroidery Hoop Frame

Engineered for reliability and longevity, this rectangular embroidery hoop is milled from sustainably harvested hardwood with attention to grain direction and joint reinforcement. Its internal dimensions are approx. 42 x 24 cm (16.5 x 9.4 in), providing ample real estate for ambitious embroidery projects without compromising portability — it weighs only 480 g and fits neatly into compact craft storage systems. The smooth, rounded edges ensure comfortable handling during long stitching sessions, while the rigid frame resists bending or twisting under sustained tension. The hoop’s mechanical tightening system uses brass-inserted screws for smooth, repeatable adjustment and lasting thread integrity — avoiding the stripping issues common in low-grade plastic or zinc-alloy hardware. Fabric is held securely but gently, minimising creasing or fibre damage even on delicate silks or loosely woven linens. Used widely by hobbyists creating personalised clothing accents, educators guiding textile art modules, and makers producing gallery-ready embroidered pieces — its understated wood finish blends naturally with studio aesthetics and avoids visual competition with stitched designs.
